Its 6 operating heads (3+3), with an installed power of about 200 kW, process layers up to 1400×1400×500 mm through intermittent advancement. MAEMA’s patented technology guarantees precision and uniformity, with fully galvanized components and high‑quality finishes. The system enables multiple textures — Grinding, Polishing, Bush‑hammering, Brushing — with production capacity depending on material and required finish. Dedicated loading and unloading areas allow a fully automated line.
